Practice Overview

Commissioner, Illinois Court of Claims, 9/03 to 8/08. Appointed by the Governor of Illinois to adjudicate complaints against the State of Illinois in contract and tort cases. Preside over evidentiary hearings and prepare legal opinions and recommendations for final disposition of each case.
